In spite of adversity, with regard to finding the solution to our ac debacle, vblue 's staff was upbeat and diligent. Upon having a coil replaced weeks earlier, the attic-located equipment was still problematic. staff came on Saturday, thought he found and fixed the problem. However, the next morning the system was not making temperature. Turned out that the final fix required a new switch. While it would be a wonderful world if only one visit was all that was needed, its great to have a VBLUE team of people that solve the problem, no matter what. Thanks to all!
